Imed Poland Sp. z o.o. is an importer and distributor pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics and medical equipment.

The company has been active on the Polish pharmaceutical market since 1995. It has a bonded stock, an import warehouse, a pharmaceutical wholesaler's warehouse and a pharmacy. Apart from the trade activities Imed Poland renders services, especially to foreign entities, leading registration processes of pharmaceuticals and medical devices and taking the responsibilities of being a Marketing Authorisation Holder for products coming from outside the European Union.

IMED POLAND SP. Z O.O. specialises also in conducting of registration, re-registration and submitting of variations of pharmaceutical products, OTC products and medical devices for Polish and foreign legal entities in National, Mutual Recognition (MRP) and Centralised procedures. The full service includes:
Completion of the registration documentation.
Preparation of the application.
Necessary translations and notary confirmation of the documents.
Submission of applications for marketing authorisation.
Constant monitoring of the registration process and answering to request.
Reporting of the registration process.

Imed Poland Sp. z o.o. in compliance with the Pharmaceutical Law and the EU guidelines, as one of the first 6 pharmaceutical distributors, in December 2004, has obtained a pharmaceutical Importer's Licence for the importation and batch release of products from outside of the EU.
In the scope of our import activities are bonded stocks and importation stocks for our suppliers. The batch release procedures are done in co-operation with Polish and Slovak laboratories, recognised by the European Commission.

The company has a group of medical representatives promoting pharmaceuticals and medical devices distributed by Imed Poland. Therefore one of the services rendered to Polish and foreign clients is the promotion to wholesalers, pharmacies and doctors.
